What is Carefree's return policy?
Currently, if you are not
satisfied with your product within 30 days then we
will, upon return of the damaged or broken product, provide you with a full
refund or a replacement item, whichever you choose. You MUST contact us by
E-mail or writing to let us know that you are intending to return the item and a
brief explanation of why. If items end up returned to us with no explanation or
documentation then we simply send them back out to you.
Your refund will generally reflect
your method of payment, so if you pay by credit card via the secure Pay Pal
server, we will return your money electronically, or similarly, if you paid by cheque, then we will refund you by
cheque.
THE CUSTOMER REMAINS LIABLE
FOR ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS UNLESS:
1) The product arrives faulty and/or damaged.
2) We make a mistake with your order and for example, supply the wrong goods.
We recommend a recorded
proof of postage service.
