Does Pestfree.co.uk ship
outside of the UK?
We aim to ship all in stock goods
within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Naturally, items paid for by credit card
via the Pay Pal shopping cart allow us to take payment instantly and therefore
ship goods a lot quicker then when waiting for cheques to arrive. If you want to
know where your goods are, then please don't hesitate to
contact customer services.
Shipping rates are based on
the size and weight of the goods being shipped. For each type of product you
order you will be charged a fee for the first item, then often a reduced rate
for consecutive items - this results from the fact that we can often ship small
items in one box, thus cutting down on cost of box, and additional postage
charge.
From the date of dispatch,
please allow up to 7 working days for the products you ordered to arrive. If at
this point you still haven't received your goods, please
contact customer services. We ask that some items may take up to a maximum
of 28 days to reach you at busy times, or due to circumstances beyond our
control, this is a VERY rare occurrence. Items being shipped to overseas will obviously take longer than this. Contact
customer services if you require any further information.

outside of the UK?
The web site is only set up
to supply UK customers ONLY! If you live overseas, please contact us before
ordering so we can provide accurate shipping costs. Failure to do so will result
in your order being delayed and/or cancelled.
