You can browse through our
categorised products by using the navigation menu on the left of the screen.
Simply click on a link to the left of the page - an area you are potentially
interested in. You can then click on the picture of the product or the
"more info" link to view more details about that product.
When you view "more info"
on a particular product, you will be given the option to add any number of that
product to your shopping cart. Simply fill in the amount you want and click "add
to cart". You may then proceed to "check out" where any shipping costs are
calculated and your name and address details are collected by Pay Pal, which is
the credit card processing system we use to take online payments.
Remember, you can also send
us a cheque to pay for your items. There is a link relating to this at the
bottom of every product screen. Simply print off the form, fill it in, and send
it with your cheque to the specified address.
When you add your first
product into your shopping cart, the shopping cart will open with your initial
entry. You will have an option to "continue shopping" which will minimise the
screen, allowing you to add further items from our range. When you are
finished adding items, please click on the "check out" button in the shopping
cart.
Pay Pal is a global leader
in online payment solutions. We employ Pay Pal's shopping cart
technology to securely receive credit/debit card payments from our customers
using Pay Pal's secure servers, rather than hosting our own shopping cart
software.
You will have to sign up to
Pay Pal in order to pay for your goods with a credit/debit card, but this is
seamlessly integrated into the check out stage. Pay Pal is completely FREE for
our customers, and the information you provide simply provides us with name and
address details so we can send you the goods, and confirms that funds have
been transferred to us.
If you already have a Pay
Pal account that has completed the expanded use program - This is ideal! All you have
to do is enter your E-mail address and password into the check out screen and
you will be able to pay for your items instantly. If you can't remember your
E-mail address and password, you will have to contact Pay Pal to get a reminder
sent to you. If you have a spare E-mail address, you can register again under
this new address, remembering to write down and store your details in a safe
place for future use.
If you have not yet
completed the expanded use program for your Pay Pal account, you will have to
complete this to ensure any fund sending limit is lifted. If you cannot wait for
this, you should consider shopping as normal, but at the check out stage, you
should enter a new E-mail address different to the one you originally signed up
to Pay Pal with. This should satisfy your immediate need until you can complete
expanded use on your original Pay Pal account.
Yes! To do this just click
on the "view cart" button on the top left of your screen. If you have "cookies"
enabled on your browser then even if you go offline, the next time you view your
cart, it will remember what you previously had in your cart.
You may have noticed that
when using Pay Pal you are sending money to Select International Products
Limited. Pestfree is a trading division of Select International Products Limited
and as such is in receipt of all funds paid via this site. Your transaction via
the site should appear on your credit/debit card statement as
"SELECT IP".
